Return / Exchange Policy & Customer Satisfaction
We are first and foremost committed to giving you the satisfaction along with a successful shopping experience. It is understandable that an item you chose may not meet your expectations or does not fit. Taking measurements are strongly encouraged to have certainty on the size of the item regarding your space. (All items have sizing and measurements in the item description.)
Due to the Covid-19 virus, Five Star Furniture CANNOT accept any returns or exchanges once the item has been in your home overnight. If you are unsatisfied with the product/delivery, please contact us (708-425-4000) for assistance. Bedding, linen, special orders, and fabrics are also non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Regarding returns and exchanges, prior to the item being in your home overnight, it CAN be returned or exchanged with a 10% restocking fee. The only instance where the restocking fee can be waived: if the product cannot fit in the home/space the fee will be waived for Reselection ONLY. Cancellation on any item ordered specifically for you will result in a 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping. Also, refusing a delivery after it has been loaded will be subjected to the 10% restocking fee.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is disassembled and put back in its original packaging/boxes. Cancellation on a stocked item will not be subject to the restocking fee.
